I'm 15, 5'11 and 165 pounds. I in no way support anorexia and bulimia, but do believe in cutting down portion sizes. I'm only here so I can feel comfortable in my own skin.

I don’t know if this product is available in every country (I live in Canada), but I highly recommend this product.

ZERO calories, no sugar and no aspartame! What else could one want? 
If anyone is wondering, aspartame preserves fat. It is actually much worse than sugar.

Whats goinggg onnn

I technically haven’t started my weight loss journey yet. I have started eating healthier but I haven’t really starting working out. If anyone has any workouts and playlists, please put them in my ask. I pretty much want to lose weight everywhere, but I seem to have a huge problem with belly fat :/
